Irvine, CA (August 1, 2003) - Wolverine Decision Technology, Inc. today announced
the signing of a partnership agreement with Data Systems Consulting Co., Ltd. (DSC) in
Taiwan. Under the agreement, DSC will join forces with Wolverine to sell, market and
provide consulting services for Wolverine's Collaborative Demand Management solution,
Wolverine2, in the Taiwan region.
Data Systems Consulting Co., Ltd., one of the leading ERP and commercial software
companies in Taiwan, believes that Wolverine's solutions are ideal additions to its current
ERP, SCM and other enterprise software application offerings. According to DSC,
Wolverine's Collaborative Demand Management solutions can add significant value to
existing applications at its current customer base and increase the range of choices for its

As a concrete step to strengthen the partnership, DSC has worked with Wolverine to
schedule three Collaborative Demand Management training courses in the coming
months using DSC's training facilities. The first session is scheduled for August 27.
