Irvine, CA (November 30, 2003) - Wolverine Decision Technology, Inc. today
announced that it has entered into a reseller agreement with IVAN Information
Technology Company in Taiwan. Under the agreement, IVAN, the exclusive HP High-
End Server distributor in Taiwan, will sublicense Wolverine's Collaborative Demand
Management solution suite, Wolverine2.5, throughout the Taiwan region.
IVAN, who has many years of successful experience in the ERP and SCM markets has
recognized a shift in the market from supply-oriented technologies to demand-driven
solutions. After many rounds of intensive reviews and investigation, IVAN chose the
Wolverine2.5 suite because it offered a complete set of solutions to address enterprise-
wide demand planning issues such as sales forecasting, marketing promotion planning,
product management and replenishment planning. IVAN will add Wolverine2.5 to its
overall product offerings to strengthen its position as a total solution provider and better
serve its customers.
