agreement to deploy Wolverine's Collaborative Demand Management
solution on an effort to increase demand planning efficacy and better
synchronize demand and supply operations.
Gigabyte has recently evolved from a pure OEM business to a more
brand-focused business, and is aggressively expanding its world-wide
sales channel in order to solidify its market leader position in
the global IT value chain and improve profitability and competitiveness.
However, to succeed in the current low margin, ultra-competitive
economic environment, Gigabyte realized it needed to improve market

Only through consolidating and synchronizing demand and supply side
